Position Summary:
The Recruiter will partner with TNGโs Human Resources Manager and various hiring managers throughout the company to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across a variety of positions. The Recruiter will manage the recruiting lifecycle from posting through offer while delivering an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining efficient, organized hiring processes. The Recruiter is an excellent communicator who builds relationships quickly, is highly organized and responsive, and is resourceful in identifying and engaging talent.
This is a variable-hour part-time contract position. Weekly hours are not guaranteed and will vary depending on business needs and recruiting activity. There is also potential to work on hourly HR-related projects as needs arise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Develop and post engaging job advertisements utilizing our internal applicant tracking system (Paylocity).
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruiting resources.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidates against established competencies.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer recommendations and assist with offer communications.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

Requirements:
Required Education, Skills, & Experience:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within professional services, education, legal, or higher education organizations.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms. Experience using Paylocity Recruiting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience recruiting remote employees across multiple states.
Work Environment
- This position is primarily spent in a professional remote office setting, using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc., and requires reliable internet access and virtual collaboration tools.
- This position may be required to work occasional nights and weekends to meet company demands.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, you may spend a significant amount of time sitting at a desk, working on computers. Prolonged use of a computer and keyboard is expected. Walking and standing is also common for this role, especially for collaborating with colleagues.
Work Schedule
This is a variable-hour, part-time contract position. Hours are based on business needs and are not guaranteed. Recruiting activity may fluctuate throughout the year, with periods of higher and lower demand.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a contract position paid at an hourly rate of $40-45 per hour. 1099 contractors are not eligible for TNGโs employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, or paid time off.
