Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Location: Greensboro, NC, 27401
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to move heavy equipment. This position requires knowledge of basic building maintenance including HVAC systems, basic electric and plumbing skills, and the use of hand and power tools. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, working at heights up to 30 feet, and completing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to move heavy equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of basic building maintenance including HVAC systems
  • Basic electric and plumbing skills
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
