Come and join The Connally Hotel Downtown ATL right by Underground. Our 156 room 17 story hotel needs a Maintenance Tech who get help keep our hotel up and running and help our overall maintenance team.


Assist with maintaining hotel, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.

Replace air conditioner filters.

Tend air conditioners, cooling towers and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests.

Maintain standards of quality guest service.

Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.

Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.

Attend required meetings.

Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.

Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.

Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.

Other duties as assigned.

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of maintenance duties and tasks
