About:
Started in Buffalo (NY) years ago, it became one of the most
famous - family-friendly bars – fast-paced Chicken wings
mom and pop’s chains in the country.
What are they looking for?
A true Hands-on GM that function as Floor Manager. Able to
help and support staff and bar staff. Big $ revenue comes
from bar regulars. Reports directly to the owner. Great
friendly family environment. Someone that understands how
kitchen runs as well and is able to mentor cooks to become
strong and independent.
â–ª Controls food, beverage, and labor costs.
â–ª Pro with P&L and systems implementation.
â–ª Forecasts scheduling of entire team.
â–ª Oversees the hiring, training, and scheduling of the entire team.
â–ª Arranges with Owner approval, services as necessary to
make repairs and properly maintain the facility and grounds.
â–ª Arranges with Owner approval, for preventive maintenance
or repairs on restaurant equipment as necessary.
â–ª Ensures the security of the restaurant and team members
during opening and closing, and when receiving deliveries.
â–ª Controls inventory and prepares orders as necessary.
â–ª Develops management and staff.
â–ª Communicates POS System changes to Office Manager.
â–ª Controls quality of food and maintains high standards of
customer service.
â–ª Complies special event and holiday recaps.
â–ª Carries out restaurant marketing, advertising, and
promotional activities and campaigns.
â–ª Performs other related duties as assigned by the Owner.
Qualifications:
â–ª High-Level Leadership & Communication Skills
â–ª Has knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally
involving at least three years of front-of-the-house
operations and/or assistant management positions.
▪ 3 years’ experience management P&L’s.
â–ª Processes excellent basic math skills and have the ability to
operate a cash register or POS system.
