Communicates via radio dispatch to staff to respond to special service requests, emergencies, etc. Assigns duties in coordination with Housekeeping Manager and Shift Supervisors with a balanced rooms/floor assignment per team member. Dispatch QA Inspectors to the requisite number of room/area inspections to be performed daily. Receive facility related work order requests and dispatch to facilities maintenance team. Receive cleaning related work orders (ex.: spill/extraction requests, etc.) and dispatch specialty projects/heavy duty cleaning personnel to take corrective action.
