Sales & Business Development Manager – Southwest U.S.

Location: Southwest U.S. (Remote/Hybrid) Phoenix/Denver/Reno | Reports to: Sales Director

Role Summary

Drive regional revenue growth by securing early-stage project influence and specification wins across hospitality construction, renovation, and conversion projects, while expanding channel partnerships and adjacent markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned to growth targets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline (5x quota) across hotel development and renovations
  • Influence HVAC specifications during design and pre-construction phases
  • Build relationships with developers, owners, brands, and design teams
  • Develop and manage rep and distribution partner network
  • Drive expansion into modular, multifamily, student and senior housing markets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM pipeline management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations
  • Manage key accounts and ensure successful project execution
Qualifications
  • 5+ years B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience in hospitality, HVAC, construction, or related markets
  • Proven success in consultative selling and closing new business
  • Experience influencing project specifications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CRM and pipeline management expertise
Preferred
  • Hospitality industry relationships in Southwest U.S.
  • Experience with PIPs, renovations, or hotel brands
  • Exposure to modular or multifamily construction
