Life as an Executive Assistant & Acquisition Analyst:

As an Executive Assistant & Acquisition Analyst with Superhost Hospitality, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the President, ensuring the seamless operation of the corporate office. This role is also responsible for analyzing hotel acquisition or development opportunities and preparing development deal proposals for lenders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and confidential correspondence.
  • Prepare polished presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive summaries.
  • Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and key deliverables.
  • Support special projects and company initiatives, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution.

Acquisition Analyst Functions

  • Market & Deal Analysis: Research hotel markets and potential acquisition or development opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed pro formas and financial models to evaluate projected returns, IRR, ROI, and overall feasibility.
  • Investment Proposals: Prepare data-driven presentations and investment memorandums for internal committees and lenders.
  • Due Diligence Support: Compile and analyze third-party reports, property evaluations, and operational data to support investment decisions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects and compare forecasts against actual results to generate insights.
  • Industry Intelligence: Stay current on market trends, cap rates, RevPAR performance, and competitive hotel developments.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional with:

  • Experience: Proven background as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role supporting C-level executives. Experience in financial analysis, real estate, hospitality investment, or business development is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred). Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong financial modeling skills and ability to create/maintain detailed pro formas.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
