Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Building and keeping games full by player and dealer development
  • Chip inventory while games are in action
  • Tracking player's win or loss during course of action
  • Dealer rotations and accountability regarding room integrity
  • Adherence to House and Gaming rules and regulations
  • Coaching and developing dealers
  • Scheduling dealers to ensure player satisfaction

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in all procedures, rules, pay outs and game protection of the various game.
  • Must have all the skills of a dealer and an understanding of all Table Games
  • Basic computer skills
  • The capability to stand and walk
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
  • Registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
