Job description

New Business Sales Executive – Restaurant Technology Ready for the Next Step in Your Sales Career?

GRUBBRR is looking for a competitive, ambitious technology salesperson who wants to build a career winning new business.

If you've spent the last couple of years selling B2B technology, prospecting, working toward a quota, and developing your sales skills—and you're ready for more responsibility, opportunity, and earning potential,we want to talk to you.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Boca Raton headquarters, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. This role is NOT remote or hybrid.

This is ahunter sales rolewith a heavy emphasis on outbound prospecting: making calls, sending emails, using LinkedIn, opening doors, and creating opportunities.

You won't be waiting for leads. You'll be creating them.

If that sounds exciting rather than intimidating, keep reading.

About GRUBBRR

GRUBBRR is transforming how restaurants engage with guests through self-ordering kiosks, digital ordering, AI-powered commerce, customer engagement tools, and integrated payment solutions.

Our technology helps restaurant operators increase revenue, improve labor efficiency, enhance the guest experience, and modernize how customers order and pay. We work with businesses ranging from emerging concepts to some of the largest brands in the industry.

The Opportunity

As aNew Business Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is simple:

Find new customers and win their business.

You'll identify restaurant operators that could benefit from GRUBBRR, reach out, start conversations, understand their challenges, demonstrate our technology, and move opportunities through the sales process.

This is a full-cycle sales role with aheavy emphasis on outbound prospecting and new customer acquisition. You'll create opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, industry events, and creative prospecting.

Once you've opened the door, you'll run the sales process—from discovery and demonstration through proposal, negotiation, and close.

You'll also work alongside experienced sales and company leadership to improve your prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

What You'll Do Hunt
  • Aggressively prospect targeted restaurant and hospitality businesses

  • Make outbound calls every day to prospective customers

  • Use email, LinkedIn, and other channels to reach decision-makers

  • Create your own pipeline rather than relying on inbound leads

  • Develop creative ways to open doors and start conversations

  • Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue goals

  • Follow up persistently and professionally

Sell
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and priorities

  • Demonstrate GRUBBRR's technology and clearly communicate its value

  • Connect our solutions to measurable outcomes including increased revenue, labor efficiency, and improved guest experiences

  • Develop proposals and business cases

  • Handle objections and keep opportunities moving

  • Manage deals from first conversation through signed agreement

  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting information in Salesforce

Learn & Grow
  • Develop expertise in restaurant technology, payments, digital ordering, and restaurant operations

  • Learn directly from experienced sales and company leadership

  • Continuously improve your prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Take coaching seriously and put it into practice

  • Develop the skills to pursue increasingly larger and more complex opportunities

What We're Looking For Required
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling technology, SaaS, payments, or another business solution

  • Experience prospecting for new customers and generating your own opportunities

  • Comfortable making significant outbound calls and initiating conversations with people you don't know

  • Competitive, persistent, resilient, and motivated by measurable goals

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Coachable, curious, and eager to improve

  • Comfortable working within a CRM and structured sales process

  • Comfortable being measured against activity, pipeline, and revenue goals

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events

  • Ability and willingness to work from GRUBBRR's Boca Raton headquarters Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

This Is Important

This position is 100% in-office in Boca Raton, Florida. It is not remote. It is not hybrid.

We're building a collaborative sales environment where people learn from each other, work alongside leadership, and get better by being together.

If you're looking for a work-from-home sales position, this isn't the right opportunity.

We'd Especially Like to Meet You If You Have Experience With
  • SaaS or technology sales

  • Restaurant technology

  • POS systems

  • Payment processing

  • Hospitality technology

  • High-volume outbound prospecting

  • Salesforce or another CRM

Restaurant industry experience is helpful, but it isn't required.

We'd rather hire someone with the drive to hunt, learn, and win than someone with years of industry experience who waits for business to come to them.

You'll Probably Love This Job If You...
  • Like competing and winning

  • Aren't afraid to pick up the phone

  • Get satisfaction from turning a cold prospect into a customer

  • Like creating opportunities instead of waiting for them

  • Want your income influenced by your performance

  • Want coaching and feedback that will make you better

  • Are comfortable being held accountable for activity and results

  • Want to build a career, not simply find your next job

  • Enjoy working alongside your team

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you'll:

  • Consistently generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

  • Become highly proficient at demonstrating and selling GRUBBRR's platform

  • Close new restaurant customers

  • Meet or exceed your sales targets

  • Develop strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Establish yourself as someone ready for larger opportunities and greater responsibility

Why GRUBBRR?

This isn't a role where you'll disappear into a huge sales organization.

You will work alongside experienced leaders, sell technology with clear business impact, and make a visible contribution to GRUBBRR's growth.

Your effort matters. Your results are visible. Strong performance creates opportunities.

If you're competitive, coachable, willing to work hard, and ready to build the next stage of your sales career, we'd like to meet you.

And if you're ready to hunt, even better.
