Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a visionary leader to drive commercial success for NeueHouse, the ultimate private event venue and community for creators and innovators. NeueHouse Madison Square has been a creative catalyst setting the tone for NYC's avant-garde membership club scene since 2011, with friends of the House including independent thinkers across fashion, music, publishing, entrepreneurship, and more. Located in the heart of the Flatiron District, NeueHouse Madison Square is a landmark of New York's creative scene, housed in a historic 1913 industrial building that once served as an auction house. The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, visionary executive to lead our NeueHouse MSQ Sales & Marketing efforts. As NeueHouse's Sales & Marketing Director, you will bridge the gap between lifestyle hospitality and enterprise sales. You will build the strategy that defines how we win, monetize, and amplify NeueHouse's unique offerings in our most mature market.
We want a leader who is passionate about how the meetings and events industry intersects with the nuances of private club membership and recognizes how technology is fundamentally transforming the way people work and gather.
This role will report directly to NeueHouse's House Director and is a key leadership position for the company as we continue to invest in and elevate our original flagship location. The focus is on maximizing the use of space, strengthening member experience, and improving overall event flow within one of our most iconic houses. The location includes a penthouse with skyline views of the Chrysler Building, an 86-seat cinema for screenings and conversations, a flexible ground floor featuring a private restaurant and cafe, a fully reimagined second floor, and multiple boardrooms throughout the building.
What You'll Do- Deliver multi-million dollar revenue targets by deploying sales, marketing and pricing strategies based on market demand and seasonality.Â
- Partner with Revenue Management, Centralized Sales and Brand Marketing to align regional campaigns, drive profitable demand across products and maximize client experience.

- Partner with Operational leadership to best support the client experience and maximize revenue generating opportunities and work cross functionally
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Direct Marketing Manager to deliver highly targeted local outreach, campaigns and content; curate culturally relevant productions/community partnerships; maximize owned channels including email, social media, sales enablement collateral and on-site screens/signage; and build a pipeline of events that include branching into off-peak periods.Â
- Work closely with SVP Brand Marketing to maximize centralized resources supporting NeueHouse, including digital marketing, a shared PR agency across our 3 new NYC cultural venues, and shared graphic design and cultural marketing support.
- Partner with the Director of Membership to support initiatives designed to engage members and create a one-of-a-kind community and member experience. Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for upcoming months to guide operational strategy and inform resource allocation.
- 7+ years of sales & marketing experience, with at least 5Â years leading teams in high-volume hospitality or meeting and events sectors.
- Deep understanding of revenue analytics and the ability to articulate the NeueHouse story to differentiate us in the market.
- Proven success managing teams through intense collaboration between sales, marketing and revenue leadership.

Base Salary:
Salary Min: $140,000 | Salary Max: $150,000
This role is also eligible for Convene's sales commission program. Variable compensation and total on-target earnings are commensurate with experience, background, and individual performance and has potential to reach $200,000-$210,000 annually.
