What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Sales Managerย  youโ€™ll be responsible for:

  • Manage all sales activities at the hotel
  • Prospect, qualify, and close group, corporate, and event business
  • Lead site tours, proposals, and event detailing
  • Track performance using brand-standard systems
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth event execution
What You Bring
  • 3+ years experience in hotel sales required.
  • Marriott and/or Hilton experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and sales strategy skills
  • Knowledge of Marriott and/or Hilton brand platforms (CI/TY, SalesPro, etc.)
  • Organized, driven, and guest-focused
  • Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours
