What You'll Do: 

As a Sales Associate, you'll meet with homeowners who are looking to help customers find the right solutions to ensure their safety and home comfort.  You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand the options that best fit their home and budget. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and other home system needs 
  • Conduct in-home consultations and system assessments 
  • Present customized home solutions and financing options 
  • Educate customers on products, energy savings, and system benefits 
  • Build trust and long-term customer relationships 
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities 
  • Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success 
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
