Job description

We're expanding our team and seeking an Outside Contract/Hospitality Sales Representative who is passionate about building strong relationships and shaping large-scale outdoor environments. Join our growing outdoor living company and play a key role in bringing premium outdoor solutions to commercial clients across sectors such as real estate development, hospitality, multifamily housing, and corporate spaces.

As an Outside Contract Sales Representative, you will:

  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with developers, architects, design firms, builders, and procurement teams.
  • Present and promote contract-grade outdoor living solutions including furniture, grills, outdoor kitchens and fire features.
  • Conduct site visits and consultations to understand project scope, assess functional requirements, and recommend tailored product selections.
  • Lead presentations, prepare proposals, and respond to RFPs/RFQs with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate new commercial opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams—including logistics, operations, and design—to support seamless project execution from concept to completion.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of product lines, specifications, and current market trends.
  • Support contract negotiations and project coordination through closeout.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in design, furniture, luxury retail, or related trade/luxury product categories.
  • Proven success in outside sales, preferably working with hospitality professionals
  • Strong territory management and business development abilities.
  • Comes with a book of hospitality, multi family, contract relationships
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals in a relationship-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in lead-generation methods such as networking, cold outreach, and prospecting.
  • Ability to gather market insights and provide feedback to support ongoing product and business development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport and long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Compensation:

  • Incentives: Performance-based commission plan (NO CAP)
  • 1099 Role
