Job Summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a Catering Sales Associate who is excited to build a career in hospitality sales. This role offers hands-on experience across the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to event execution, while providing an opportunity to earn commission based on performance.

You’ll partner closely with experienced sellers and operations teams to develop new business, support client relationships,  and contribute to revenue growth. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys relationship-building, learning, and being part of a collaborative cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full sales process, including prospecting, outreach, and lead generation
  • Assist with responding to inquiries, following up with clients and venue partners, and nurturing relationships
  • Actualize business development through cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking efforts to build a pipeline
  • ​Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to support seamless event execution
  • Maintain accurate and time-sensitive records of leads, activity, and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Attend site tours, tastings, and client meetings as part of the sales experience
  • Identify opportunities to enhance events and contribute to revenue growth
