Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you'll help shape the online presence of some of the most exciting hotels, resorts, and restaurants across the country by creating engaging content, building online communities, driving audience growth, and helping generate revenue through innovative social media strategies.
As the day-to-day client lead for SocialLite, Davidson's in-house social media agency, you'll collaborate with hospitality leaders and marketing teams to tell compelling stories that capture attention, inspire engagement, and elevate our brands.

What You'll Do
Develop & Execute Social Media Strategies
  • Collaborate on social media strategies for hotels, resorts, and restaurants across the Davidson portfolio.
  • Build and manage cohesive monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Identify emerging social media trends, platform updates, and opportunities to maximize reach and engagement.
Create Engaging Content
  • Develop channel-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create compelling posts, stories, reels, and campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue opportunities.
  • Design and edit social media graphics using Canva while maintaining brand standards and visual consistency.
  • Source, organize, and manage user-generated content (UGC), securing permissions and maintaining a robust content library.
Grow Communities & Build Engagement
  • Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community management initiatives.
  • Foster authentic connections with guests, customers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Develop promotions, sweepstakes, collaborations, and social campaigns that increase audience growth and participation.
Lead Influencer & Partnership Initiatives
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic influencer relationships that align with brand goals.
  • Negotiate and coordinate influencer partnerships while tracking performance and return on investment.
  • Create innovative collaboration opportunities that drive visibility and measurable business results.
Analyze Performance & Share Insights
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional social media management experience, preferably within an agency, hospitality, travel, lifestyle, food & beverage, or related environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts across major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, audience development, and community management.
  • Experience using Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Experience presenting social media performance metrics and recommendations to senior leaders or clients.
  • Video editing experience, particularly for short-form content and Reels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
