As one of the busiest Chick-fil-A franchises in the area with THREE locations, we will help you grow as a leader and develop a great career with Chick-fil-A.

As a Hospitality Coordinator at Chick-fil-A you will focus on delivering a remarkable guest experience in the dining room and front-of-house areas, and leading the team around you to do so as well. 

Responsibilities/Outcomes:

  • Greeting and assisting guests at the restaurant 
  • Maintaining clean, stocked, and welcoming customer service areas
  • Ensuring all team members are trained and maintaining service standards (speed, cleanliness, friendliness)
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and values in the restaurant on a day to day basis.
  • Influence team member growth by providing training, coaching, performance feedback, evaluations, and recommendations for development and promotions.
  • Monitor and manage 3rd Party Deliveries and customer feedback channels
  • Attend all internal and external leadership development classes and opportunities 
  • Manager Checklists completed daily
  • Be available to work 3 open/close shifts per week
  • Coach at least 3 emerging leaders daily, with scheduled 1:1s once per month

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience working in high-volume, fast-paced, guest-focused environment (previous Chick-fil-A experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, hosting, restaurant crew member, team member, fast food, or other part-time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred. And we love previous Chick-fil-A Experience!
