Are you a self-motivated, outgoing and have a friendly personality with an excitement to meet new people?
Our Marketing and Hospitality Assistants are responsible for marketing and spreading the word about our services to the community. The perfect candidate is someone who can create new referral sources by establishing relationships with our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Setting up and breaking down information center
โ€ข Passing out information pamphlets
โ€ข Greeting and opening the door for new and returning patient
โ€ข Introducing new and returning patients to your friends and co-workers
โ€ข Creating a fun entertaining atmosphere inside the office
โ€ข Increasing patient referrals and building relationships with new referral sources
โ€ข Set up and attend community events
โ€ข Build relationships with the nearby schools & community centers in the area
Ability to:
โ€ข Introduce yourself and communicate effectively
โ€ข Attend community and marketing events
โ€ข Establish and maintain supportive and effective working relationships
Requirements
โ€ข Smiling, happy, friendly & outgoing personality
โ€ข Bilingual is a must
