The ideal candidate has a passion for exceptional hospitality, an understanding of luxury food and beverage experiences, and the ability to transform ideas into operationally executable, financially sustainable hospitality products.
Location:
  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
Enterprise Hospitality Operations
  • Lead hospitality operations across the enterprise, including the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, Precision Drive Club, Miami Dolphins home games, concerts, and ancillary events.
  • Oversee all phases of event execution - from planning and logistics to onsite operations and post-event recaps -to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
Luxury Hospitality amp; Product Development
  • Partner with the VP of Luxury Hospitality to conceptualize and develop new premium hospitality products and experiences at Hard Rock Stadium.
  • Curate elevated guest experiences, including entertainment, culinary programming, design, gifting, service rituals, and differentiated suite offerings.
  • Collaborate with executive chefs and hospitality partners to develop innovative culinary concepts, signature experiences, and premium beverage programs that enhance existing and future hospitality offerings.
Event Planning amp; Guest Experience
  • Develop operational plans, event layouts, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and service standards for premium events.
  • Lead onsite execution, ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects the organization's luxury hospitality standards.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and provide hands-on leadership to drive consistent white-glove service.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams - including Food amp; Beverage, Stadium Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and Events - to ensure seamless coordination across all aspects of the guest journey.
  • Serve as the operational and creative liaison between departments, contributing to both immediate event execution and long-term hospitality strategy.
Vendor amp; Partner Management
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and hospitality partners, ensuring contractual compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with brand standards.
Performance amp; Continuous Improvement
  • Prepare post-event reports, operational recaps, and guest feedback analyses.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, elevate service standards, and drive future hospitality innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium events, luxury hotels, private clubs, fine dining, destination resorts, or other high-end lifestyle environments.
  • Proven experience developing and executing premium hospitality experiences and products from concept through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including premium food amp; beverage service, culinary programming, back-of-house operations, and event execution.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and execute complex events with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage high-profile clientele while maintaining exceptional service standards in fast-paced, high-touch environments.
  • Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality, guest experience, and continuous innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvements and enhance the guest experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event needs.
Featured Benefits:
