Hotel Canandaigua is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender to join our team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with accuracy and consistency

  • Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards

  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system with accuracy

  • Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • MUST have bartending experience, hospitality or customer service experience a plus

  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain/maintain necessary alcohol service certifications
