Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the planning, organizing, and executing various events, ranging from corporate conferences to celebratory gatherings. As an Assistant Event Coordinator, you will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure that all aspects of each event are managed efficiently and effectively. 
Salary Range:
 $21.50 - $31.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event needs are met
  • Manage logistics including transportation, catering, and equipment rentals
  • Create and distribute event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage
  • Conduct research and compile information to support event planning
  • Assist in budget management and tracking expenses
