• Lead business development efforts from introduction through contract execution

• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, networking functions, and client presentations

• Collaborate internally with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution

• Maintain strong visibility within the hospitality and development community

• Help support continued expansion throughout the US market

What We Are Looking For

• Experience within hospitality procurement, FF&E, OS&E, hospitality vendors, hotel development, project services, or related industries

• Strong hospitality industry relationships and networking ability

• Proven background in business development, sales, or relationship management

• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, performance driven environment

• Ability to communicate confidently with ownership groups, developers, and executive leadership

• Self motivated, polished, organized, and highly relationship driven

• Experience managing longer sales cycles and complex projects preferred

• Florida based candidates strongly preferred

Compensation & Structure

• Base salary approximately $120K to $140K depending on experience

• Bonus and incentive opportunity

• Full time, on site role based in Boca Raton

• Travel required as needed

This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has an established hospitality network and is looking to join a growing organization with significant expansion goals within the US market.
