Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide project administrative project support for Granite Transformations and Bath Planet of Jacksonville. This position is located in Orange Park, FL.
Job Responsibilities
Supports the Project Manager in a wide range of duties as assigned, including:

  • Creating and maintaining customer project folders.
  • Preparing project folder for the install/operations team.
  • Assistance with ordering materials and maintaining inventory.
  • Obtaining completed project photos and uploading to drive.
  • Contacting customers directly to schedule and/or remind them of install appointments, walk through project preparations, final payments reminders, and other things related to their project.
  • Scheduling service calls.
  • Ordering sales folder paperwork and maintaining inventory.
  • Supporting the Project Manager and Operations team leadership with a variety of other tasks as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years+ of administrative and project work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and WORD.
  • Experience with Google email and calendar.
  • Self-motivated and willingness to help different areas of the business as needed.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills; both written and verbal, and time management skills.
  • Experience in construction and/or home renovation industry highly recommended

Full Time Role: 40 hours per week
Status & Pay: Salary; Starting pay $45,000-55,000 per year
