This Project Manager role is based on-site in Orlando, overseeing multifamily and hospitality projects from trailers on active job sites. The position is a critical hire supporting long-term expansion on Florida's West Coast. Client Details A privately held Florida general contractor with more than 25 years in business, delivering ground-up residential and hospitality projects. The firm is known for repeat clients, hands-on leadership, and investing in long-term team members. Description * Lead project execution from mobilisation through closeout * Manage budgets, pay applications, cost reports, and forecasting * Use Procore to control documentation and financials * Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field teams * Report directly to a dedicated Project Executive Profile * Proven Project Manager experience with Florida GCs or developers * Strong Procore and financial management capability * Multifamily or hospitality project background preferred * Degree preferred but not required * Strong cultural fit and long-term career mindset Job Offer * Salary up to $150,000, fully negotiable * Project-based bonus, 401(k) match, health insurance (80% covered) * Vehicle allowance $750/month, cell stipend, competitive PTO MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
