NOW HIRING: FLOOR MANAGERS / RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are seeking a hands-on Service Manager / Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the floor. This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Compensation & Schedule


Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000

Bonus Opportunity: $14,000–$20,000

Total Compensation: $84,000–$90,000

Training Program: 8–10 weeks of structured leadership training

Schedule: 45–50 hours per week

Paid Time Off: 15 days annually
