What You'll Do

As Manager, Global Hospitality, you will be a key revenue-driving member of the Authentic Live team, focused on generating new business and expanding the commercial reach of our global hospitality portfolio.You will identify and develop new prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert opportunities into revenue across Authentic Live's portfolio of premium sports, entertainment, and cultural experiences. A significant focus of the role will be proactive business development, including targeted outreach, in-person meetings, networking, and travel into key markets ahead of major events to build relationships and uncover new revenue opportunities.You will manage relationships throughout the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and outreach through proposal development, closing, hosting, and long-term account growth. You will also serve as a client-facing representative of Authentic Live at events, ensuring clients and prospects receive a high-touch hospitality experience that strengthens relationships and creates opportunities for future business. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Hospitality, this role is ideal for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and generating revenue.

What You'll Be Working On

New Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for Authentic Live's global hospitality portfolio.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across key industries and markets.
  • Execute consistent outbound sales efforts through targeted outreach, introductions, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
  • Convert new business opportunities into revenue through strategic relationship development and disciplined follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships across additional events, markets, and hospitality offerings.
  • Develop customized hospitality solutions and proposals based on client objectives, priorities, and budgets.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, close, and account development.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Authentic Live's hospitality portfolio and effectively communicate its value to prospective and existing clients.
  • Consistently work toward individual and team revenue goals while identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth.

Market Development & Travel

  • Travel proactively to priority markets ahead of major Authentic Live events to meet with prospective clients, existing partners, and key industry contacts.
  • Develop market-specific sales strategies designed to build awareness, generate leads, and create new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships within local business communities and establish a strong network of prospective buyers, connectors, and referral sources.
  • Leverage upcoming events as opportunities to open doors, initiate conversations, and develop long-term commercial relationships.
  • Attend relevant industry events, networking opportunities, meetings, and gatherings to expand Authentic Live's prospect network and sales pipeline.
  • Identify emerging markets, industries, and client segments with strong potential for hospitality revenue growth.

Client Development & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary relationship owner for new business accounts, developing trusted relationships from initial introduction through long-term partnership.
  • Build a deep understanding of each client's business objectives to identify opportunities for continued and expanded engagement.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and prospects to strengthen relationships and uncover future revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hospitality offerings and proposals align with client needs and commercial objectives.
  • Develop strategies to turn first-time buyers into repeat clients across the broader Authentic Live portfolio.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across events, markets, and experiences.

Client Hosting & Hospitality

  • Serve as a highly visible, client-facing representative of Authentic Live at hospitality events and experiences.
  • Host clients and prospects on-site, build relationships, and ensure a premium, high-touch experience.
  • Use live events as a platform to deepen existing relationships, advance active sales conversations, and cultivate prospective clients.
  • Build meaningful relationships with senior executives, partners, and decision-makers in both formal and informal hospitality settings.
  • Partner with the broader Global Hospitality team to ensure the client experience supports long-term relationship development and commercial growth.

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, hospitality sales, sports, entertainment, media, experiential marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and driving revenue through proactive sales and relationship development.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong network-building skills and a natural ability to develop relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial and highly proactive approach to identifying opportunities and creating new business.
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to understand client objectives and translate them into compelling hospitality solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently represent Authentic Live in meetings, networking environments, and high-touch client settings.
  • Highly organized and disciplined in managing a pipeline, multiple prospects, active opportunities, and ongoing client relationships.
  • Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of revenue opportunities from initial outreach through close.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel frequently to priority markets for sales meetings, relationship development, and events.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the global events and hospitality calendar.  


Primary Location Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000Â
