Description

The IT Project Manager leads end-to-end technology delivery for a new, highly automated Manufacturing 4.0 facility. This role owns the full lifecycle of IT and Operational Technology (OT) execution, ensuring enterprise systems, infrastructure, plant-floor technologies, and data platforms are delivered in alignment with engineering, construction, and plant readiness milestones.

This individual operates within a broader program structure as the central point of coordination across IT, OT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and external vendors. The role requires strong ownership, the ability to manage complexity, and a focus on driving execution and alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT and OT programs for a greenfield manufacturing facility
  • Build and manage integrated project plans aligned to construction and operational readiness timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, OT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and vendors
  • Manage dependencies and ensure seamless integration across enterprise, cloud, and plant-floor systems
  • Align Agile and traditional delivery models across multiple workstreams
  • Establish governance, including risk management, issue tracking, and change control
  • Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and milestones
  • Drive accountability, execution, and stakeholder alignment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
