You'll have a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 4 PM. No weekends!

As a Front Desk Receptionist, your role will be crucial to our practice's success. You will manage checking our patients in, scheduling, referrals, insurance and other related duties. Your day will involve greeting patients and assisting them at the front desk upon check in and out. You'll diligently follow up on all aspects of their visit with professionalism and care. Your commitment to providing excellent customer service will help our patients and practice.

  • Experience in customer service or a relative field
  • Familiarity with healthcare processes and systems

  • Resides in or the ability to relocate to East Weymouth, MA 02189 before starting work
