Amazon LEO is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems

This role is hands-on and focused on rapid fault isolation, preventive maintenance execution, safe repair practices, and supporting team capability through on-the-job knowledge sharing.
Work Schedule- Monday though Friday. 7am-3:30pm
Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems to minimize equipment downtime
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, servos, conveyors, VFDs, PLC-connected equipment, and automation systems
Execute repairs on electrical systems in compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for maintenance and repair activities
Assist in electrical cross-training and peer mentoring of maintenance technicians
Partner with engineering and operations on equipment upgrades, repairs, and reliability improvements
Use troubleshooting skills to identify and prevent possible problems/failures, and to systematically and intelligently make repairs
Incorporate relevant technical literature into the understanding of system operation and coordinate efforts with other technicians involved in installing or maintaining equipment or components
Install, repair, adjust, and test equipment and components to ensure that systems function properly
Communicate with machine operators, and operate equipment to detect equipment problems, analyze malfunctions, and verify system problems
Observe and incorporate safety standards and regulations required for safe operation of the system
Required Technical Skills:
Industrial machines, motors, servos, digital multi-meters, conveyor systems maintenance and repair
Power distribution systems and control panels
Fuses, contactors, relays, and electrical component replacement
Electrical schematic interpretation, P&ID and troubleshooting
Experience in common industrial power distribution
Understanding of PLC systems
WA-06 Electrical License preferred, but not required
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
With or without reasonable accommodations, must be willing and able to work with powered lift equipment - for example forklift or scissor lifts.
Valid Driver's license and able to satisfy Amazon driver eligibility criteria.
With or without reasonable accommodations, must be able to lift up to 49 pounds on some occasions, stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours (with breaks), and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach overhead.
