Vibrant Mind Counseling, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ psychological and emotional needs, developing personalized treatment plans that are in line with best practices.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical records that adhere to state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including doctors and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, equipping them with tools to navigate their challenges.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health to continuously refine and improve therapeutic approaches.

Our practice focuses on a diverse range of clients battling various mental health challenges, particularly those facing trauma, anxiety, and depression. In the hospice center setting, we strictly adhere to a compassionate and empathetic care approach, using a trauma-informed lens to support clients and their families during vulnerable times.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is essential to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
• Strong proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are a must in this dynamic role.
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to work as part of a dedicated treatment team.

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and communication.
