Hope Ranch Learning Academy is a private Christian school in Hudson, Florida set on a horse ranch serving students with unique abilities. We are seeking Elementary Lead Teachers who are passionate about education and have strong command presence in the classroom.
Our work environment includes:
  • Loving Christian Environment.
  • Horses on the property and Horse Program.
  • Small Classroom Size of 15 Max.
  • Teaching Assistant Support (2 per classroom).

We are seeking a passionate, highly experienced Elementary Teacher to join our team and provide specialized instruction to students with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and be able to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for students with special needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement creative lesson plans.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
  • Assess student progress and modify instruction as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Provide support to families of students.
  • Attend Service Plan meetings and other meetings related to student's education.
  • Develop Teaching Assistants to be a productive member of the team.

Our small class size of no more than 15 students provides our students with individualized attention. Teaching Assistants support Teacher instruction in each classroom. Qualifications:
  • BA Degree in Education or Related Field (Required).
  • Teaching Certification (Required).
  • 3yrs+ Teaching Experience (Required).
  • Experience Working with Students with Disabilities (Preferred).
  • Ability to Pass a Level 2 Background Check.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000 per year (based on certifications and experience).
