About the Role

Steven Honda is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

As a Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering an exceptional buying experience. You'll work with a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and have access to a large inventory, strong marketing support, and industry-leading tools to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Build and maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the sale. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, helping customers select the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget. Follow up with prospects and existing customers using CRM tools and dealership processes. Maintain product knowledge on Honda vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
  • Work closely with sales managers, finance personnel, and support staff to achieve individual and dealership goals. Consistently meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Automotive sales experience is a plus.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed.
  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
Compensation

$50,000 โ€“ $100,000+ annually based on performance.
