Compensation: Full Commission

What You Will Do:

Sales Consultants play a key role in building lasting relationships and helping customers choose the right vehicle. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships for long‑term client retention.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs.
  • Stay knowledgeable about all inventory, packages, incentives, and technologies.
  • Provide professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
  • Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Practice overcoming objections and improving closing skills.
  • Report progress, planned activities, and sales performance to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude each day.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 6 months sales experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Proficient finance knowledge, documentation skills, phone etiquette, effective scheduling.
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
