As a Main Line Advisor, you are the quarterback of the service drive. You aren’t just relaying messages; you’re building trust.

  • Be the Expert: Bridge the gap between the shop and the guest, explaining repairs and technical needs clearly

  • Drive Results: Maximize technician productivity by meeting and exceeding sales forecasts

  • Consult & Curate: Help guests prioritize essential services and provide options that fit their needs

  • Keep the Loop Closed: Proactively update customers on completion times, costs, and any changes in the repair process

Main Line Advisor Qualifications

  • Experienced: 1–3 years of Automotive Advising experience (strongly recommended)

  • Software: Prior CDK experience (strongly recommended)
