As a General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the sales department at the dealership by leading the team and following Honda of North Hollywood processes.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales Management and Finance experience and Honda Experience.
  • Possess successful history of building and training a team, strong CSI scores and above average performance.
  • Ability to train sales team on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow up process, and proper closing techniques
  • Knowledgeable in appraising and booking vehicles
  • Strong background in leveraging technology and driving Honda of North Hollywood processes
  • Experience in Used Vehicle management preferred
  • Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of the sales team
  • Ability to plan and manage vehicle inventory ensuring high volume and profitability
  • Ability to address and resolve customer concerns

Salary and commission: $200,000 - $300,000/annually

  • Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
