Job description

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a software developer to join our Enterprise Workflow development team. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects and Program Offices, at NSWCDD in Dahlgren, VA.

Join our highly-integrated, mission-focused team for this unique opportunity. Contribute to the critical infrastructure for project and workflow management, enabling rapid development of tactical systems that directly support the warfighter.
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, distill and refine system requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to document and implement requirements.
  • Develop and integrate enterprise workflow solutions utilizing Jira, Jira Query Language (JQL), Java.
  • Support data migration or integration from other systems, as defined by user requirements.
  • Support, review and provide input on technical requirements and work estimates based on functional requirements.
  • Manage deployment activities. Implement components between development and production environments.
  • Configure and test custom java plugins.
  • Support Process and workflow improvement for a large multi-disciplinary engineering design, development, and test team.
  • Support SharePoint and Confluence workflow development, maintenance and enhancement activities.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering Technology or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-5 years software development experience.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Active DOD Security Clearance.

Desired:

  • Experience with Enterprise Workflow Development.
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence Development.
  • Experience with SharePoint development and support.
  • Experience with software development / integration using Java, Python, SQL Database development.
