Job description

This full-time opportunity is based in Chicago, IL with a leading global investment management firm focused on private markets. The organization is investing heavily in workflow automation and low-code technologies, including platforms like Decisions, Appian, and Power Automate, to modernize internal systems and improve business processes.
This is a hybrid position located in the Chicago loop. This is a highly visible role where the developer will take ownership of an enterprise workflow platform used across multiple business units. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex operational challenges, working directly with stakeholders, and building scalable automation solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy. The role offers strong exposure to investment processes, hands-on technical ownership, and the opportunity to influence how teams operate across the firm.
Required Skills & Experience
ยท 3+ years working with workflow, BPM, or low-code platforms such as Appian, Pega, Nintex, Decisions, or Power Automate
ยท Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design, and business rules
