Job description

Dare to be different and you will fit right in here. Well funded start up invites super software developers!
As a developer at TangramCare, your work will further a renaissance in health - in fact, it's likely that you will affect the life of someone close to you. Working at the junction of two growing fields, medicine and computer science, you'll help create the best software for your users' needs - from a massively scalable database to a user interface for visualizing complex information. You'll meet with doctors, nurses, and other frontline health professionals to understand their workflows, turn their needs into innovative software, and infuse game elements to make it fun. You will write enjoyable apps that make healthcare less intrusive and more seamless in people's lives.
You will develop awesome next-generation health products that help reduce medical errors, improve the management of chronic diseases, and find new ways to facilitate collaboration between care recipients, families and their care teams. You'll own and drive major portions of our mobile products and dream up amazing ways to surprise and delight. Prototype something based on a cutting edge research paper one day and ship something beautiful to millions of users the next. You'll build products that are meant to save lives.

  • Mathematics, Music or a related field
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • No "involved" contractors, only "committed" colleagues
  • Live in and around San Diego County (flexible)
