Current Home is GROWING. Current Home, a Southern California-based solar energy company, top-ranked by its employees and by its customers in reviews at Yelp, Google, and BBB, is starting to make some BIG waves in Florida. This year, Current Home is expanding even more and is excited to be adding new Field Marketing Representatives to our already amazing team. Current Home Solar has spent the last 5+ years helping homeowners in Florida and California make the smart choice of switching to renewable energy.
Our ideal candidate will be motivated, willing to learn, and expand their experience in the Solar Industry and a sales environment.
As a part of the Current Home team, you will become part of our tight-knit organization of industry professionals, many of whom have been working together for 11+ years. You will also be encouraged to collaborate with managers, operations, and high-level executive members in order to achieve not only company goals, but your personal career goals.
- First contact with Homeowners to educate them on the benefits of going solar with Current Home
- Setting appointments for our in-home sales reps, helping homeowners lower their overall energy usage and cost for energy
- Prospecting (door to door) target communities and homeowner in which will be impacted the most by industry changes
- Attend meetings occasionally, focused around team, culture and training
- $18 Hourly + commissions pay + benefits
What Were Looking For:
- Ability to communicate effectively with both members of training and management teams, as well as potential Current Home Customers.
- Desire to overcome challenges and use those challenges as an opportunity for personal growth, by taking advantage of training and coaching opportunities Current Home has to offer.
- Ability to work work collaboratively with the team but also drive ones self performance. Proven history of strong work ethic.
- Someone who absolutely loves the product/service we deliver. We want to you believe in the Solar Industry as much as we do so your customers will be confident, the right choice with us!
- Someone who is energetic and professional, who can build lasting customer relationships for Current Homes customers. As the first contact with Homeowner, we are looking for someone who "can make a friend with anyone".
