Job description

We are a Jacksonville-based real estate wholesaling company looking for hungry, self-motivated Acquisition Specialists who want unlimited earning potential.

This is a 100% commission-based 1099 role. You will find motivated sellers, get properties under contract, and earn a strong split on every deal that closes (30%-40% Split!).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Generate your own leads through cold calling, texting, driving for dollars, Facebook, and other methods, evaluate properties, Gather MAO, ARV, Assignment Fee
  • Qualify motivated sellers and complete our lead intake form
  • Present our cash offer process and get Purchase & Sale Agreements signed
  • Follow up consistently and communicate professionally with sellers
  • Manage your own schedule (this is results-based, not hours-based)
