Douglas Paul Real Estate emphasizes professionalism, ethical practices, and collaborative work to help clients find the right property and navigate complex real estate decisions.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Boston, MA. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with renting and buying residential properties, including conducting property showings, advising on pricing and market conditions, and guiding clients through applications, offers, and closing processes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local inventory and neighborhood trends, and preparing accurate listing materials and documentation. The agent will coordinate with landlords, property managers, and other agents, while providing responsive, professional customer service. The role also involves using brokerage tools and systems, attending team meetings, and complying with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
