Job description

Home Services Dispatcher
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00
Our dispatchers sit at the center of everything. They are the connection between our customers and our technicians. Does this sound like you?
  • You enjoy fast-paced environments, take ownership of your work, and feel confident making decisions that keep things moving.
  • You’re someone who naturally steps in and takes control when things need direction. Coordinating people, solving scheduling challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly is something you do well. At the same time, you communicate clearly and keep others informed, making sure technicians and customers know what to expect.
  • You also enjoy the rhythm of a high-demand environment. Calls come in, schedules shift, priorities change and you’re able to respond quickly while staying organized and focused. Staying ahead of the workload and keeping everything on track gives you a sense of accomplishment.
  • You’re comfortable making real-time decisions and adjusting plans as needed, while keeping communication clear and professional. You take pride in staying in control of the schedule and ensuring everyone involved is aligned.
  • Details matter to you. Clear processes, accurate notes, and well-managed schedules ensure technicians have what they need and customers receive timely service. You understand that strong execution and communication behind the scenes directly impact the customer experience.
In this role, you’ll coordinate service calls, manage the schedule, and serve as the central point of communication between customers and technicians. Your ability to take ownership, move quickly, and communicate clearly keeps operations running efficiently. If you have dispatching experience and want a role where your decisions truly matter every day, this is it.
What You’ll Do
  • Match technicians to the appropriate jobs based on their skills, experience, and customer needs to ensure successful service calls.
  • Coordinate and adjust technician schedules throughout the day
  • Communicate with customers and technicians regarding timing, updates, and changes
  • Make real-time dispatching decisions based on priority, location, and skill set
  • Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain accurate job details and updates in Service Titan
  • Support daily operations to keep everything running smoothly
What Are We Looking For?
  • 2+ years of dispatching experience in the trades, home services, or a related field
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar field service management platform is a strong plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing your composure
  • Ability to speak clearly and professionally with a technician, a customer, and a manager all at once and handle each one well
  • Ability to make efficient and profitable decisions quickly and independently
  • Strong customer service instincts with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent
What's In It For You?
  • Medical plan covered by the company
  • Dental, and Vision plans for you and your family
  • Vacation Pay, Sick Pay, and Holiday Pay
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match
  • Life insurance and accident insurance
  • Special Program Options: HSA amp; EAP
  • Referral Bonuses, Loan Program, and Employee Discounts Program
  • Ongoing Training for your Professional Development amp; Life Skills Courses
  • Fun company sponsored events with lots of giveaways
  • Working in a energetic, collaborative, and fun environment
