About us: Real Estate and Lender Representation law firm based in Orlando, FL. Our firm provides a range of creditor's rights services with emphasis in the areas of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Landlord/Tenant Disputes, Collections, and Complex Civil Litigation.

Our Firm is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join our Foreclosure team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working throughout the various stages of the Foreclosure process.

Responsibilities and Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Preparation of legal documents such as motions, notices, summary judgment packages, affidavits

E-Filing with the court

Review and processing correspondence, pleadings & discovery on litigated files

Schedule and coordinate attorney calendars, client meetings, court hearings, and other appointments

Order and review title

Prepare bid instructions

Support billing processes, including entering time/costs into firm's case management system

Maintain and update file status via client portal

Qualifications and Skills Must have proven experience in foreclosure, creditor's rights, or related industry Experience with industry-specific systems such as LPS, Tempo is preferred Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products

Additional Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required Excellent attention to detail, the ability to handle a high volume workload in a fast paced environment Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change Must be very analytical, detailed, and needs to have excellent problem solving skills
