Job description

Foreclosure Litigation Attorney

Are you looking for a rewarding legal career with a top-tier creditors' rights law firm? Our firm is a leader in foreclosure litigation, providing exceptional legal representation to financial institutions, lenders, and servicers. We foster a collaborative, fast-paced work environment where attorneys thrive, grow, and make a meaningful impact. If you're ready to advance your litigation skills while working with an experienced legal team, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join our expanding legal team in Fort Washington, PA. Whether you're an experienced litigation attorney or a newly licensed lawyer eager to develop expertise in creditors' rights law, this is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience. We offer comprehensive training and mentorship, making this an ideal position for attorneys looking to specialize in foreclosure law, real estate litigation, or financial services litigation.

Represent creditors and financial institutions in foreclosure litigation cases, handling pleadings, motions, court appearances, and trials. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including complaints, motions for summary judgment, and settlement agreements. Advocate for clients in state and federal courts, negotiating favorable settlements and resolutions. Provide strategic legal counsel on foreclosure, real estate litigation, loan defaults, and bankruptcy-related matters. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date on foreclosure laws, creditors' rights regulations, and case law developments. Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail. Work closely with clients, colleagues, and legal support staff to ensure seamless case management and client satisfaction.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA State Bar admission required). 0–4 years of experience in foreclosure litigation, real estate law, creditors' rights law, or financial services litigation (training available for entry-level attorneys). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent legal drafting and advocacy abilities. Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and prioritize a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced legal setting. Experience with litigation, motions practice, and court appearances preferred, but not required. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to client service excellence. Proficiency with case management systems, legal research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions. Generous PTO and paid holidays to support work-life balance. Ongoing legal training, CLE reimbursement, and career development opportunities. Supportive and collaborative work culture with a team-oriented atmosphere.

If you're ready to advance your legal career in foreclosure litigation and creditors' rights law, we encourage you to apply! Whether you're an experienced foreclosure attorney or a new lawyer eager to learn, we provide the training, mentorship, and professional growth you need to succeed.
