The Opportunity

As a New Home Sales Consultant at LEH Homes, you will be the trusted guide for buyers exploring one of the most important purchases of their lives. You will own the process from first contact to contract signing and closing, helping clients understand their options and make confident decisions.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, enjoys showcasing beautiful homes and communities, and wants to grow their earnings by delivering an exceptional client experience.


What You'll Do
  • Engage prospective buyers to understand their needs, budget, and preferences, then match them with the right new home options.
  • Conduct professional property tours and clearly highlight home features, finishes, and community amenities.
  • Present detailed information on available homes, including pricing, incentives, and timelines, so buyers can make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, guide buyers through each step of the contract and closing process, and coordinate with all parties involved.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activity using administrative and CRM tools.
  • Partner with marketing to promote new communities, open houses, and special events that attract qualified traffic.
  • Stay current on local market trends, property management practices, and Fair Housing regulations to provide compliant, informed advice.
  • Consistently follow up with new leads and stay in touch with past clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

  • Within your first 6–12 months, you are consistently meeting or exceeding your sales goals while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Prospective buyers describe you as knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy, and you receive referrals from past clients.
  • Your sales pipeline is well-organized, with timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of every interaction.
  • You demonstrate a strong understanding of LEH Homes communities, offerings, and Fair Housing requirements and apply that knowledge in every client interaction.

  • Proven success in sales, ideally in real estate or a related high-consideration purchase environment.
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to put buyers at ease and build long-term trust.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with confidence guiding clients through contracts and the closing process.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and solid administrative skills for managing records and communications.
