Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: July 27, 2026 โ January 30, 2027 (6-month contract)- With possible Extension
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Pay Rate: $21-$22(hourly)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend on-page and off-page optimizations.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, headings, and alt text.
- Perform keyword research and develop SEO strategies.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, BrightEdge, Schema, and other SEO tools.
- Identify technical SEO opportunities and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze digital marketing performance across owned and paid media channels.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports and dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Track website traffic, keyword rankings, and organic search performance.
- Manage UTM tracking for digital campaigns.
- Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- 3โ5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, SEO, paid media, or a related field.
- Experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Microsoft Excel
- Social media analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
