Holy Family Early Childhood is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Early Childhood Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations and organizational systems of our multi-site early childhood program. This position will be full-time, year-round.

This position provides administrative and operational support to the Program Director and site leadership teams by organizing projects, maintaining systems, improving communication, ensuring follow-through, and assisting with department-wide initiatives. The Early Childhood Operations Coordinator will play a key role in helping the department stay organized, efficient, and aligned on priorities.

Holy Family Early Childhood serves children from infancy through school age across five sites and is committed to high-quality programming, strong relationships, faith-based values, and continuous improvement.

The qualified candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while communicating professionally and effectively using Google Workspace and spreadsheet tools. They will work well both independently and collaboratively and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in operations, project coordination, systems management, HR support, or school administration.
