We are seeking a passionate, student-centered Music Teacher to lead and grow our PK 8 music program. The ideal candidate brings energy, creativity, and a love of music education, while also embracing the unique role music plays in Catholic identity, school culture, and student formation. This teacher will inspire students to develop musical skills, confidence, collaboration, and reverence through both classroom instruction and liturgical leadership.
Position Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based music instruction for PK 8 students, including vocal and general music education
  • Develop students' foundational music skills including rhythm, melody, notation, performance technique, and music appreciation
  • Prepare students to lead and participate in school liturgies, prayer services, and special events
  • Foster student confidence through performance opportunities such as concerts, assemblies, and community events
  • Integrate Catholic values and traditions into music instruction and liturgical preparation
  • Support and reinforce Holy Family School's Schoolwide Learning Expectations (SLEs):

  • Cultivate a joyful, structured, and respectful classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration

Salary
Range $45,000 $75,000
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
