The Front Office Guest Service Representative provides exceptional guest service at the front desk including check-in, check-out, and support. This is your opportunity to represent the brand and team with world class customer service skills. Our team thrives in a positive, engaging and supportive work environment. This position requires open availability from the candidate. Assigned shifts could vary from AM to PM as well as scheduled work days.
Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team at Holiday Inn. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from check-in through check-out while ensuring efficient hotel operations and adherence to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming and professional demeanor
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel property management systems (e.g., UKG/Opera or applicable system)
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
