Job Description:

The Associate, Corporate Content Marketing will play a central role in supporting the continued development of a public presence strategy that builds impact and connects with targeted audiences.
Responsibilities:
Content Marketing and Management
  • Support social media content marketing for Dimensional's corporate accounts
  • Assist with the planning of the firm's organic social calendar(s), including promotions and incorporating inputs from key stakeholders regarding business objectives, timely events, industry trends, and other factors
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to develop, review, refine, coordinate, and schedule posts
  • Coordinate with Corporate and Channel Marketing teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid campaigns and performance results.
  • Provide quality control for individual posts and ensure that industry best practices are adopted and implemented
  • Establish, share, maintain, and evolve platform best practices
  • Provide support with uploading content to our platform for our ambassador and advocate programs

Organizational/Operational Efficiency
  • Support Corporate Marketing and Communications team with projects and campaigns-developing plans, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and implementing based on metrics and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scale initiatives and optimize processes to ensure operational consistency and quality control
  • Ensure public website campaign pages are updated and remain current/fresh
  • Serve as a Content Marketing team liaison to Channel Marketing/client-facing teams
  • Assist with the interviewing, training, and development of interns

Qualifications:
  • 2 years' experience in communications, marketing, or media relations, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish trust and collaborate across teams in pursuit of shared goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make complex information accessible
  • Proactive and adept at juggling numerous projects and managing multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work
  • Broad digital literacy and keen interest in exploring potential of new platforms and communication tools
  • Good judgment and discretion to handle confidential or sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
