Job description

We are seeking an experience part-time Nurse Practitioner to support our clinical team and advance Superpower’s mission. We are looking for NPs who care deeply about helping patients and are excited about joining a fast-growing startup (backed by some of the world’s best healthcare investors) on a mission to provide everyone access to the world’s best care. This role will provide personalized, evidence-based care within our longevity and functional medicine model, ensuring that our care is safe, effective, and aligned with root-cause, preventative, and performance-focused approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prescribe and manage targeted therapies, including hormones, peptides, and other longevity-focused interventions.

  • Apply a root-cause, systems-based approach to optimize long-term health outcomes.

  • Review diagnostics and lab results to guide therapy selection.

  • Document patient encounters accurately and compliantly.

Qualifications

  • Active NP license in California (required); additional multi-state licensure highly preferred (FL, NY, TX, etc).

  • Experience in functional medicine, longevity medicine, integrative care, endocrinology, or metabolic health.

  • Comfort prescribing optimization-focused therapies, including compounded medications or medications for off label use

  • Strong grounding in safety, compliance, and state-specific NP practice requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.

  • Telehealth experience and comfort working in a fast-moving, tech-enabled startup preferred.

Commitment

  • Part-time, up to 20 hours per week.

  • Fully remote, work from anywhere in the U.S.
