Empower Concierge Rehab and PT is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our onsite rehabilitation center in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida. In this full-time role, you will play an integral part in our rehabilitation team, delivering exceptional patient care focused on mobility restoration and enhancing overall quality of life. You will work onsite alongside a diverse team of medical professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, dedicated to providing comprehensive care to both outpatient and inpatient populations. Regular interdisciplinary meetings will allow you to collaborate effectively, sharing insights and strategies that enhance patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses to develop tailored treatment plans for each patient.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Engage in productive collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity of care and holistic patient management.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families on therapy techniques, wellness practices, and strategies for preventing re-injury.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatment goals, and progress using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, hospital policies, and regulatory standards at all times.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from surgery, those with chronic conditions, and patients seeking rehabilitation after accidents or injuries. You will cater to both adults and the elderly, providing compassionate care that addresses their unique challenges. Your input will significantly affect their rehabilitation journey, empowering them towards recovery and improved health.

• Possession of a Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, with a preference for certification from the American Heart Association.

• At least two years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, ideally within a rehabilitation or clinical setting.
• Demonstrated competencies in conducting physical therapy evaluations and devising comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
