Position Overview

Empower Concierge Rehab and PT is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our onsite rehabilitation center in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida. In this full-time role, you will play an integral part in our rehabilitation team, delivering exceptional patient care focused on mobility restoration and enhancing overall quality of life. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses to develop tailored treatment plans for each patient.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
  • Engage in productive collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuity of care and holistic patient management.
  • Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on therapy techniques, wellness practices, and strategies for preventing re-injury.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatment goals, and progress using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, hospital policies, and regulatory standards at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from surgery, those with chronic conditions, and patients seeking rehabilitation after accidents or injuries. You will cater to both adults and the elderly, providing compassionate care that addresses their unique challenges. Your input will significantly affect their rehabilitation journey, empowering them towards recovery and improved health.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification, with a preference for certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, ideally within a rehabilitation or clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated competencies in conducting physical therapy evaluations and devising comprehensive treatment strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits
