Job Site Supervisor - Highmark Companies: $70K - $90K

We build the kind of work people drive by and remember, commercial roofing, siding, and envelope projects that have to perform and look the part. Highmark companies is growing, and we need a superintendent who can run residential and commercial job sites the way they should be run: tight schedule, clean work, no surprises.

In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and subcontractors to keep commercial exterior projects on track, on time, and built to last, from mobilization to punch list.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervision & Leadership - Lead field crews on commercial exterior projects including roofing, siding, metal panels, and related systems. Communicate progress with Project Managers, GCs, and subcontractors.
  • Plan Reading - Read and interpret residential and commercial drawings and scopes; catch scope gaps before they become change orders.
  • Resource Management - Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and equipment across active job sites. Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization.
  • Scheduling - Own the schedule from mobilization to punch list. Communicate timeline updates to Project Managers and subcontractors.
  • Quality Control & Inspection - Ensure all work meets residential / commercial quality standards from start to finish.
  • Safety & Compliance - Enforce OSHA and company safety standards at all times. OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; willingness to obtain if not current.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Identify field issues early and resolve them quickly to keep projects moving.

What We're Looking For:


Required:

  • 3 years of residential and commercial construction management experience,
  • 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
  • Comfortable reading drawings and scopes in a construction environment
  • Valid driver's license; reliable and able to travel to job sites across the region, must pass MVR.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry preferred. 
  • Proven experience in construction supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with subcontractors and internal staff 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans.    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software. 
  • Experience with Procore preferred. 
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record and ability to pass an MVR screening. 
  • Must pass a background check. 
  • Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
