Responsibilities
What your day to day might look like:
  • Maintains a detailed knowledge of the apartment community and amenities
  • Interacts with associates and visitors with poise and diplomacy
  • Accepts packages for the Resident Services Office and residents
  • Maintains a register of contacts and phone numbers for local entertainment and services (i.e. restaurants, movie theaters, cab and other transportation companies and airlines)
  • Greets every visitor with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Accepts residents' work orders and forwards to community office
  • Perform inspections of common areas and community amenities
  • Reports any observed maintenance problems
  • Must assist and attend resident functions
  • Must stay informed and comply with all policies and procedures as outlined
  • Must adhere to and comply with company safety policies, rules and utilize safety equipment, as required
  • Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers
  • Must have reliable transportation in order to attend meetings, visit area businesses, purchase or pick up supplies for residents and community functions
  • Must have a mode of communication in which to be contacted at home and to respond in cases of emergency
  • Must be available for overtime, weekend, holiday and evening work
  • Must be willing to be assigned to other Highmark communities, as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Community Director

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language
  • Possesses excellent telephone and communication skills

  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Customer service experience preferred

Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 an hour
