The Invo-Progressus Team has incredible opportunities for Special Educators...or, as we like to call them, Superheroes. We are currently hiring for a part-time Special Educator Instructor to work in an Early Intervention setting in Baltimore, MD.
Requirements
  • Master's degree & MSDE Certification
  • Appropriate state licensure and/or certification
  • Keen understanding of general special education testing concepts and methods
  • Responsible for providing specialized instruction for children with special needs
  • Able to diagnose and provide remediation of various types of learning disabilities
  • Able to provide consultation, resource information and materials regarding children with exceptional needs to parents
  • Personal commitment to driving positive outcomes for children
  • Collaborative minded professional with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work and build strong relationships with parents and administrators
  • Experience with younger special education population such as Early Intervention, Infants, and Toddlers age groups
